Who is Birch Lake Outfitting?
My name is Dwight Paterson. I have been in the tourism industry for whitetail since 1988. I worked for Birchlake Outfitting for 12 years and took ownership in 1997. The buisness is now run by myself, my wife Darlene and son John.
What doe we do?
Birchlake Outfitting has been providing professional guide service to hunters from all over North America. We specialize in the Interlake region of Manitoba, Canada which is well known for our big deer.
Where does it all happen?
The Interlake region is located between Lake Manitoba and Lake Winnipeg which has a very high natural mineral base, which we all know grows big whitetails. Our guide's are the best in Canada and will work hard producing big Canadian bucks year after year.
